At Al Zam Zam Service, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our appliance repair services.

1. Service Charges

Inspection, diagnosis, and visit charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the service location.

2. Repair Services

Refunds are generally not applicable once a repair service has been completed successfully and the appliance is in working condition.

3. Spare Parts

If any spare parts are replaced, the cost of spare parts is non-refundable. Warranty, if provided, applies only to the replaced parts as mentioned during service.

4. Advance Payments

If an advance payment is taken and the service is canceled by the customer before the technician visit, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any administrative or booking charges.

5. Service Failure

In rare cases where the issue is not resolved after reasonable repair attempts, the refund decision will be at the sole discretion of Al Zam Zam Service after proper inspection.

6. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a service request is canceled by Al Zam Zam Service due to unavailability or technical reasons, any advance payment made will be fully refunded.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited through the original payment method used by the customer.

8. Changes to This Policy

Al Zam Zam Service reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
